An OF&G Approved plant based insecticide for professional use against stored products insects, flies, red mites, litter beetles, midges, cockroaches, ants and other crawling insects.
AREAS OF USE:
Intended for application on stored product insects in empty grain storage facilities and silos, including areas where food or goods are stored.
Suitable for use in vacant animal housing and agricultural buildings.
Applicable indoors at waste management locations, waste transfer points, and around dustbins and waste collection zones.
Designed for both indoor and outdoor use around residential and commercial properties.
Apply using Surface spray, Pressure Spray, Thermal or Cold Fogging: Effective against stored product insects (such as confused flour beetles, tobacco beetles, grain weevils, and moths) in empty grain stores and silos, as well as flies and flying insects on food stored indoors. Also targets biting midges, red mites, litter beetles, and other crawling insects in empty animal housing and farm structures, including animal bedding and manure.
Suitable for indoor use at waste management sites, including waste transfer areas and around dustbins and waste collection points, both indoors and outdoors.

What is the application rate of PRO PYR 8 EW?
For use against cockroaches, ants and other crawling insects and flies:-
Spray 50ml of diluted product per m² in a 15-20cm strip around areas frequented by insects.
Spray 50ml of diluted product per m² into empty communal garbage cans (after waste collection) indoors or outdoors.
Spray 200ml of diluted product per 1000m3 against flies and flying insects on foodstuffs stored indoors.
How do I use Lodi PRO PYR 8 EW?
Dilute product to 8% in water (0.4 litre of product with 4.6 litre of water to make 5 litres of RTU). Surface Spray & Pressure Spray 50ml of diluted product per m² in all infested areas. Remove animals from the treatment area. Using a pressure sprayer (1 to 3 bars), spray the diluted product in all infested areas:
For biting midge, spray on areas where insects settle, mainly walls, areas at the ends of buildings and above door jambs (do not spray on feed troughs).
Against red mite, apply the product during the sanitary period on the floor and directly in the litter. Also spray on and under cages, on nesting boxes, in cracks and crevices.
Alternate treatment method for Litter beetle and crawling insects, Spray several 15-20cm strips around the perimeter of building around lowest part of the wall, uprights and where feeding plates meet the floor to stop beetle migration. Ventilate for the duration of the treatment, then ventilate the room before entering (30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the volume and ventilation level of the room).
Thermal & Cold Fogging: Dilute product to 20% in water (200ml of product with 800ml of water). Spray 200ml of diluted product per 1000m3 against flies and flying insects on foodstuffs stored indoors.
Remove all food and beverages before spraying. Do not apply directly to surfaces on which food or feed is stored, prepared or consumed. Protect surfaces from contamination, e.g. by covering or removing them Leave to act for 4 hours, then ventilate well before entering (30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the volume and ventilation level of the room).
For mixing and loading, application by fogging and cleaning of the spray equipment, PPE should be worn which includes gloves, impermeable coverall and mask.
