- Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- Have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
How to Make a Return

Email our team at info@daltonengineering.co.uk. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
2: Prepare Your Item
Safely pack the item in its original packaging along with all included accessories, manuals, and fittings. If original packaging is unavailable, use a secure alternative to prevent damage during transit.
3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. You should send the item back via your chosen carrier to Dalton Engineering Ltd, Barker Business Park, Melmerby Green Road, Melmerby, RIPON, HG4 5NB.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for returns due to their nature, such as:
- Special order items, where we have sourced a non-stock item for you from one of our suppliers.
- Bespoke products.
