Flushing for Poultry and Game Nipple Drinkers

There are many advantages to flushing drinker lines:

• Less disease challenges
• Fresh water to the nipples
• Cooler water temperature
• Vastly Reduced build up of Bio-film

With automatic flushing a Flushing computer controls a solenoid valve in the water regulator, this allows the lines to be flushed at a convenient time. The flushed water is forced out into a cross house drain kit via a non return valve. The water is drained outside the shed.

Manual flushing is the same principal with a cross house drain kit but the flushing is manually activated by the operator by turning the flush stem on the regulator.
