The positioning of the Jet Holder is very important as they influence the position of the Jet inside the heater which influences the CO content in the exhaust gases. The less CO the better.
The design of the jet holders is such that the position of the circlip is the determining factor.
Th first slot is the slot next to the threaded end that is screwed into the safety device.

How do I choose the correct Jet Holder for a Gasolec Heater?

Match the jet holder to the model and pressure. The easiest way is to match by holder length and circlip slot (because that is what sets the jet depth).

Why the “slot” matters: The circlip position determines the jet holder’s effective position, and the first slot is next to the threaded end that screws into the safety device.

Physically confirm the circlip position, if you’re replacing a holder, don’t assume the clip is correct “as supplied” or “as found.” Locate the threaded end (the end that screws into the safety device), then count the grooves/slots moving away from the threaded end, the groove nearest the threads = 1st slot
Ensure the circlip is in the slot specified for your model (2nd / 3rd / 4th / 5th as above)
