Jade Grain 25

Jade Grain 25 contains the multi feed active Bromadiolone which can potentially control rats and mice in as little as 2 feeds.

Jade Grain is packed in 25g sachets to keep the bait as fresh as possible. The bait is produced using the freshest and highest quality ingredients to ensure rodents are lured to the baits quickly and infestations controlled fast.

Each 150g pouch contains 6 x 25g sachets enough for between 1-3 rat bait points.

Medium to high infestations require a number of bait points. Bait refills may be required to replenish any bait taken. Once bait-take has stopped, the infestation has been controlled, so bait must be withdrawn from the bait stations and disposed of correctly. Always read the label.

Active: 0.0025% Bromadiolone

How to use

Check for signs of activity in and around buildings. This can be burrows or runs. Rats are very cautious and will run beside buildings and look to hide in any cover that might offer them a form of safety.
Place tamperproof bait stations every 5-10m apart where there are signs of rodent activity and in areas where rodents would feel safe and not exposed.
Place 50-100g of Jade Grain into each of the bait stations.
Check the bait 5-7 days after the first treatment and replenish any bait taken.
Search for, remove and dispose of any dead rodents that are found.

Jade Grain 25 - 150g Pouch Rat / Mouse Bait FAQs

What is Jade Grain 25 used for?

Jade Grain 25 is a grain-based rodenticide designed to control rats and mice in and around buildings. It contains the multi-feed active ingredient 0.0025% bromadiolone.

What does each pouch contain?

Each 150g pouch contains six individually wrapped 25g grain sachets, helping to keep the bait fresh until required. One pouch provides sufficient bait for approximately one to three rat bait points, depending on the label directions.

How should Jade Grain 25 be used?

Place the bait inside suitable tamper-resistant bait stations positioned where signs of rodent activity have been found. Always follow the product label regarding bait quantity, positioning, inspection intervals and permitted areas of use.

How often should the bait points be checked?

We recommend checking bait points five to seven days after the initial treatment and replenishing bait where it has been taken. Continue monitoring in accordance with the label instructions.

Is Jade Grain 25 safe around children and animals?

Jade Grain 25 is poisonous and must be kept away from children, pets, livestock and wildlife. Always use it inside an appropriate tamper-resistant bait station, remove dead rodents regularly and withdraw and dispose of remaining bait correctly once treatment is complete.
