Glutex® Shield is a Broad Spectrum Glut/Quat Disinfectant.

It has been approved for disinfecting livestock housing and equipment and surfaces in contact with foodstuffs and animal feed.

Foaming application: Apply with a foaming lance to cover walls, floors, and equipment completely.
Spray or fogging: Great for final disinfection steps; you can go back into well-ventilated buildings after roughly 3 hours.

What are the approved uses and dilution rates?

At time of writing, Glutex Shield is DEFRA-approved for specific disease orders:

Avian Influenza & Diseases of Poultry: 1:80 (1.25%)
Foot and Mouth Disease Orders: 1:60 (1.67%)
General Orders: 1:40 (2.5%)

It can be applied as foam, spray, or fog for routine disinfection programs in poultry, pig, and livestock facilities.
