Electrafan Sprayer, (12V) Excluding battery pack
Powered by a 12 volt DC portable battery, the Electrafan 12 is an air-assisted spinning disc sprayer for low and ultra-low volume application of spray liquids in situations with no natural air movement e.g. indoors. The sprayer produce small even sized droplets which are carried in the airstream to the target like a fine mist. This makes applications to the underside of plants much easier and can successfully be used for clearing polytunnels or greenhouses etc of pests before growing begins.
This device has shown to be especially effective in dealing with pests such as Red Spider Mite, flies and cockroaches. The air assistance coupled with tiny droplet size ensures that the pesticide evenly covers the plants. The pests have nowhere to hide.
The Electrafan 12 is powered by a 12 volt DC portable battery, with Micron's rechargeable battery giving about 90 minutes spraying before recharging is required. The sprayer can efficiently apply both water-based mixtures at low volumes (normally 20 to 40 litres/hectare) and ultra-low volume (ULV) formulations.
The Electrafan can be used in glasshouses and polytunnels for the treatment of crops, for pest control in buildings, insect control in poultry houses, stables, cow sheds and piggeries and for applying vaccines to poultry
