Disinfect and tackle coccidiosis in one go

Coccidiosis is one of the most stubborn problems in poultry and game rearing, because the oocysts survive in the house long after a standard disinfectant has done its job. This product deals with both at the same time, giving you a DEFRA approved disinfectant that also targets the oocysts left behind by the last crop. We recommend it for the final wash before restocking, applied through a pressure washer with a foaming lance at 1:30 for coccidiosis control. It’s one step that saves you a second product and a second pass round the building.

Bi-OO-Cyst is suitable for poultry, pigs, cattle, game birds, and horses.

How do you apply Bi-OO-Cyst correctly?

Use a power washer equipped with a foaming lance to achieve complete coverage. Allow a contact time of 120 minutes to effectively control coccidia.

How effective is Bi-OO-Cyst against coccidiosis?

At a 3% solution (UK), Bi-OO-Cyst takes out coccidia oocysts if left for 120 minutes. Tests show it cuts down viable Eimeria oocysts by over 90%. It also works well against Cryptosporidium parvum at a 1% dilution (according to the DVG test). That’s why it’s one of the go-to products for managing coccidiosis during cleaning and disinfection routines.
