Annie Brown was raised in a farming family experienced in both crop and beef farming, which sparked her passion for agriculture and caring for animals from an early age. She began her career in retail and customer service, spending ten years at a popular Country Store where she worked her way up to Store Manager.

Building on that, Annie became the Manager at a new Country Store in Masham, helping with its design, development, and stocking. She later played a key role in growing the equine and poultry product ranges at a pet store in Ripon, which broadened her knowledge of animal nutrition and customer service.

Throughout her career, Annie has developed deep expertise in the pet, equine, cattle, and sheep industries. She holds several industry qualifications, including AMTRA, Equine Nutrition, and Pet Nutrition certifications, along with many other professional courses.

Annie joined Daltons in October 2017 as a Sales Coordinator and has since become a valued member of the team, managing a variety of responsibilities. Known for her expertise, dedication, and great sense of humour, she consistently provides excellent service and support to customers and colleagues alike.
