Quartz AZ is a specialised powder designed for the targeted elimination of wasps and hornet nests, as well as ants, fleas, bed bugs, and cockroaches. This dusting powder contains Azamethiphos and works rapidly to control infestations within hours. It is simple to apply and should be used directly on insect habitats. For wasp nests, apply the powder at the nest entrance. It is exclusively approved for pest destruction in and around buildings.

Quartz AZ is a professional-use insecticidal dusting powder containing Azamethiphos (0.05%), an organophosphate active ingredient. It is designed for rapid control of:

How should Lodi Quartz AZ be applied?
Wasps/Hornets: Sprinkle powder at the nest entrance so the insects bring it inside

Bed bugs, fleas, cockroaches: Apply 15g per m² to cracks, crevices, and affected areas (avoid bedding or soft furnishings)
Make sure treated spots are shielded from rain; reapply if the powder is washed off
Is Quartz AZ safe to use indoors and around livestock?
Yes, it is approved for use in and around buildings (including farms, warehouses, and housing).
However:
Professional use only under UK pesticide regulations
Do not apply to food-contact surfaces
Keep animals and people away until treatment is complete and surfaces are dry
