PLASSON had humble beginnings. In 1964, a far sighted group of agriculturists decided that farming was becoming more dependent on technology; and should modernize and enhance labour methods. Industry would supply the answer. Using knowledge and experience to produce advanced agricultural equipment by injection molding.
PLASSON’s first products were transportation cages and bell drinkers for poultry. Later developing a range of plastic fittings for plastic pipes. These fittings are now used in industry, municipal water systems, gas conveyance systems and mines throughout the world.
Today PLASSON is an international company with over 1200 highly skilled employees worldwide and wholly owned subsidiaries in Israel, Italy, France, Spain, UK, Germany, Poland, Romania, USA, Brazil, India, and Australia. The PLASSON Group now operates more than 160 molding/extrusion machines producing over 8,000 products.
