Sheep Goat

Standing 90cm tall, this net is favoured by sheep farmers. Its narrower mesh at the bottom section makes it particularly suitable for areas with lambs. It can also be used to enclose other animals such as pigs or goats.

This 50m net comes with 14 green plastic posts, each equipped with a single metal spike for stability, which can be easily inserted into the ground.

Out of the 8 horizontal plastic strands, 7 are electrified through stainless-steel conductors. The top strand, strengthened with six 0.20mm stainless-steel conductors, offers very high conductivity. Along with the 90cm height, this effectively stops animals from jumping over the fence. The non-electrified ground strand is reinforced with additional plastic threads to enhance durability.

  • Stable even on uneven or sloping ground
  • Perfect for sheep, lambs, and goats
  • Netting consists of 8 horizontal plastic strands, 7 of which have built-in stainless-steel conductors
  • The top strand is reinforced by 80%: 24 plastic monofilaments with a diameter of 0.40mm and 6 stainless-steel conductors with a diameter of 0.20mm
  • The bottom strand is reinforced and non-electrified, made up of 32 plastic monofilaments with a diameter of 0.40mm
  • The other strands contain 15 plastic monofilaments of 0.40mm diameter and 3 stainless-steel conductors of 0.20mm diameter each
  • Each mesh junction is permanently welded with a plastic seal
  • UV-stabilised to ensure a long lifespan
  • Includes 14 posts with single metal spikes
  • Can be electrified (requires a separate electric fence energiser)
  • Equipped with stainless-steel connection clips at both ends for connecting additional nets or attaching to an energiser
  • A complimentary repair kit comes with this net

Avoid using electrifiable nets on animals with horns to prevent them from getting tangled.

As with all Gallagher netting, the lowest strand is not live to avoid voltage losses, and it allows the net to be against the floor, and in some cases you can peg it down along it's length.
